Non-Peak Shipping policy

All orders are usually processed within three business days (if placed before 12 pm)* You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

*Note we are closed Sundays and there is no processing on Saturdays.

Shipping to P.O. boxes & Parcel Lockers may not be available

Unfortunately, due to restrictions by Australia Post, 3rd party couriers are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or Parcel Lockers. If in the rare instance your delivery area is not covered by Australia Posts' own courier (StarTrack), we will contact you to obtain an alternate residential or business shipping address.
If you submit an order with a PO Box/Parcel Locker destination, and we are unable to find a courier service willing to deliver to your address, and we have not been able to obtain an alternate address from you, we will cancel and refund the order in full.

(ATL) Authority To Leave

ATL: The courier or carrier will attempt to leave the parcel on premise to avoid missing a delivery due to a no-response at the destination.

All our orders are automatically set to ATL.

If you wish to remove the ATL from your order, please add it into the order notes or, contact us in store to arrange. We are unable to change the status once the parcel has been booked for shipping.

If a request to remove ATL then results in a failure to deliver due to no one being available to receive the delivery at the address: we will contact you, once the parcel returns to us, to arrange payment of postage for the item to be shipped again.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

*Mega Games is implementing a temporary increase of $3 in shipping charges due to fuel tariffs currently being imposed by couriers and transport companies. Once the couriers return to normal pricing we will remove this increase.

If you choose to have an Item shipped rather than collected in store there is a $22^ flat rate shipping fee, Australia-wide,  for most orders. Most orders include tracking.

Some products may require a custom shipping charge due to the weight or bulk of the item. These items will ask you to contact us in store for a shipping quote.

^Due to rising shipping costs over recent years, we increased the flat-rate fee to $22 in 2026. The previous increase was to $20 in 2023. These increases have been below the current inflation rate of 3.8%

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Penrith Store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared for pick up usually within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready to collect, along with instructions.

Please ensure you have a copy of the order number and current Photo ID which will be required when you collect. 

Mega Games will not release an order to a third party without a prior written request from the purchaser. We reserve the right to refuse the release of a pickup order if correct ID or, authority has not been provided.

We have convenient off-street parking at the rear of our store (access via Union Lane, Penrith and look out for the big Mega Games sign)
